They made me wait for 30 min for my appointment without even saying they’d be late or apologising. They’ve clearly booked more people than they could handle. Nobody acknowledged when I asked how much longer it would be. I’ve been going there for mani and pedi for 4 months but I am not going back after the rude treatment I got today. Waste of 30 minutes of my time.
